Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription & Billing

App Opener offers paid subscription plans that are billed automatically on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually), depending on the plan you select at checkout. By providing your payment information, you authorize us (via our payment processors such as Razorpay or PayPal) to charge the applicable subscription fees to your designated payment method.

2. Strict No-Refund Policy

Because we offer a free tier that allows you to fully test the core features of App Opener before committing to a paid plan, all payments made to App Opener are strictly final and non-refundable.

• We do not offer refunds, credits, or partial refunds for unused time if you cancel your subscription before the end of your current billing cycle.
• We do not offer refunds if you forget to cancel your subscription before the automatic renewal date.
• We do not offer refunds if your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions or Acceptable Use Policy.

3. How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your active subscription at any time to prevent future billing.

• To cancel: Log into your App Opener dashboard, navigate to the Billing/Account settings, and select the option to cancel your subscription.
• After cancellation: Your premium features will remain active until the end of your current paid billing cycle. Once the cycle ends, your account will be downgraded to the free tier, and you will not be charged again.

4. Account Deletion

Please note that permanently deleting your App Opener account via the dashboard will immediately terminate your subscription and revoke your access to premium features. Account deletion does not trigger a refund for any remaining time on your active billing cycle.
